1. Car Parking:
Although a reasonable care is taken and no charges are added, the hotel does not take any responsibility regarding that parking is limited at busiest times.

2. Taxes:

Room Rates are  subject to government tax and  service tax, taxes are not included.

3. Payments:
Payments are made by cash or credit cards of Visa, Master Cards and American Express. Payments are on arrival or in advance.

4. Meals:
Breakfast buffet is served between 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Lunch and Dinner are served A la Carte.

5. Valuables:
The hotel cannot be held responsible for cash or valuables unless they are deposited at the hotel's safe deposit box and receipt obtained.

6. Fire Safety:
The hotel is up to date with it's fire precautions.

7. Arrivals and Departures:
Check in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check out time: 12:00 p.m.
A half charge of room rate will be charged for late check outs.

8. No Shows:
A charge of one night will be charged for guaranteed reservations in case of no shows , if the reservation was not canceled before 24 hours.

9.Allowances:
No allowances will be made for rooms not being occupied for the full period of booking.
